23Went here for lunch and the service was just terrible. Had wait an hour for a couple of salads. When i tried to engage with the waiting staff I was ignored. When the salads came they were very poor, undressed, mostly lettuce and raw onion. Very expensive for what they were. There are much better options locally. I will feedback to our local host to ensure other guests are informed.
This was a restaurant my family went to while on vacation and let me tell you, it was amazing. We were seated quickly and our drinks and food came out in under 10 mins. It tasted absolutely amazing! And, the best part it the restaurant is right next to the water and you can see boats when eating upstairs. Would go to again
My staff and I went here for a retirement dinner and it was a a complete and utter disaster. For the amount of money we spent, they really treated us unprofessionally and their service and food were poor. Overall it was a very unpleasant dining experience.
My sister, girlfriend and I had breakfast here before departing St Vincent. The restaurant is on the second floor and offers brilliant views of the marina and tranquil aqua blue waters. We had the traditional Caribbean style Salt fish with fry bakes (Johnny cakes), salad and boiled eggs. The service there was quick and friendly. Equally so, our dishes delighted our palate. I would highly recommend going here for dinner as the setting is intimate.
The waitress was excellent: attentive, friendly and very professional. Food was well prepared and presented.
A very enjoyable experience.
Food expensive. Steak half was fat! Vegetables undercooked. Chicken fajitas meat tough and unerseasoned. Salsa was highly acidic. Bolognese nothing out of the ordinary. Pasta a bit overcooked.
Nice view of the Marina!
We came for dinner tonight for the very first time, they told us it was closed and then they said it was only buffet, we said ok and we proceeded to eat, we waited until my husband had to ask where we had to go, they said the buffet was downstairs and they will bring it up, they took our orders and she forgot my grilled fish, I asked her about it and she said they didn’t have anymore she gave me a drumstick and she said if I wanted a replacement, the only option was pork, I waited she never came back so I asked again and she said I never asked? Very expensive bill, poor service and not worth it!
Lovely breakfast overlooking the bay. Second visit lovely lunch great fajitas good cocktails limited choice on the last unfortunately
My very first time coming to this restaurant was very poor. Guess service are not friendly didn’t greeted customers. I place an order for breakfast for four people, asked for an update in half an hour just to find out they haven’t even started the order as ye with one otter guess seated the restaurant was empty this is very much unacceptable. I asked to speak to a supervisor I was being told no supervisor is present. Young lady was giving so much attitude I won’t ever be going back there again and won’t recommending this restaurant to none of my friends.
Excellent dinner, friendly staff, which was especially welcome since it’s the slow season and there aren’t many boaters in the harbor. It was a slow night but the service and food were both excellent. The steak, said my partner, was the best he’s had in ages.
Visited for the first time on a Thursday around 8pm. It was a very slow night, we were the only ones there (at first, later joined by a couple). Our server (whose name I didn’t get) was very friendly throughout the night and she made every attempt to be warm and patient while we decided on our order, and also to explain the menu when we had queries.
Drinks were excellently made and the food was very tasty with great sized portions. The grilled fish (mahi mahi) was well seasoned and, so too, was the steak, except it was a bit chewy, though I asked for medium-rare. The views of the marina and the ocean were amazing and much better, I’m assuming, at sunset. Would recommend and return - beautiful atmosphere!
An exquisite ocean view.with a variety of food choices for its buffet.
Friendly staff and great service.
Food was ok, however service is unbelievably slow and totally not customer focused. Took us 2+ hours to have a snack and a coffee.
We were a group of 8 people and the service was dreadful, no one smiled or made us feel welcome at all. The food also was not very good and when we complained it wasn't even acknowledged. Didn't deserve the service charge they added to the bill.
Service seemed decent at the beginning, but it went down rapidly. First we had to wait over an hour with Bo information for our order, even though it wasn't very busy, and when I asked a staff member about it I got assured it will be coming under 10 minutes. We had to wait another half an hour. We finally got the meals which I was sure are taking so long because staff wants to present them all at the same time. Chicken I received wasn't bad, but definitely cold (and two other dishes) and steak one of my friends received was pretty chewy so I pointed it out. I was only told that "it has to be warm it just came out of the oven" what definitely didn't happen. Then I said I just want to pay for the beer and to send my dish back to he kitchen, I was told manager is coming to solve it. Then after 10 more minutes nothing more happened about that and I stared being ignored by the staff even when speaking to them. I left my friends money for covering my beverage price and left the place, later I got notified (by friends who stayed) that there was still a service charge on the beer, which definitely wasn't deserved. Total lack of communication, situation control and much too long waiting time, decent food though cold
Saturday Seafood buffet was excellent! Service was friendly and attentive. Would.highly recommend!
Nice Restaurant overlooking the bay and yachts anchored there. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great island (vincy) food too.
Nice place for a relaxing Sunday evening. Food was good and there wasn't any excessively loud music. However, the space is small, which can make it a bit cramped when trying to access the desserts and the prices are misleading. Sunday brunch is advertised as EC$70 with 10% service charge, but in reality it's $70 with a 28% charge making it $90. The same applies to their Wednesday buffet. This extra 18% isn't listed on any of their menus or social media even though it definitely should be.
Update: my family and I came down with a case of food poisoning following our lunch here. We're not sure what the trigger was, but we definitely won't be coming back in the future.
The staff could use some training. We just simply wanted to eat and had to pull teeth to get information on brunch. I don’t need you to smile nor provide good customer service, but I need you to talk and pretend like you want to work here. On top of that they accidentally charged us for Malibu’s we didn’t order. Our “brunch” came up to $75 for two people.kinda steep, but hey. Oh! I almost forgot the automatic %10 percent service charge that they charged for absolutely no service. Food was decent tho. I’ll be fair.
Delicious Sunday buffet.
Update: Just tried out the Wednesday night buffet. Great value for money. I especially love the soup and the ribs; actually everything off of the grill was delicious.
