Perfect spot for sunset, stuff is so kindly.
Just we were shocked, that opening time is 5.30 pm, byt chef was not ready and we waited till 06.30 just to order.
Good lobster, mahi- mahi and steak were not well-prepared.
Firstly, the location is in a sketchy part of town, so if you're driving after dark on a weekend, be careful not to hit any of the drunks meandering the street.
Food was pretty good, hot sauce very mild.
Service was extremely SLOW. Wait for menus, wait for drinks, wait for appetizer, wait for main.even though we were the only table getting food.
Not sure if we will bother returning.
Red snapper was delicious and cooked perfectly. The service was friendly and very helpful. Nice out door 2nd story patio in a quiet area of town.
Friendly staff and had live music the Friday night we were there. Be ready to relax with the island pace. Conch fritters for starter and the conch ting and Creole fish with rice and veggies. Fresh and tasty. Make sure you're not in a rush when you go.
Three of us went here for burger and fries with drinks and we were told that we couldn't eat there if we were starting with burger and fries. The venue had space but we were refused dine in service. The tables were unbooked because we asked before hand.
Enjoyed a gorgeous sunset and delicious food. We had the fish chowder, conch fritters, creole fish, and rum punch.
A beautiful spot to watch the sun go down and have a drink. Then have the most fantastic conch starter followed by lobster with a garlic sauce. Yum and yum! We loved it) thank you for a fabulous evening
I have spent my life traveling the world and always eat out at local restaurants. Coco's Place is the restaurant you do not want to miss while on Bequia. The food is fantastic and well prepared to make it really presentable and tasty. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming with great ambiance. This is a place where you are guaranteed a great meal cooked by the owner/chef and served with love. Not to mention the freshness of the seafood and the bang for the buck. Do not miss Friday night for the entertainment.
Potentially a nice address, but with 2 tables of 3 before us, it took almost 1h for us to get some food. If the restaurant had been full it would have been a absolute disaster. Be careful how long it’s going to take to eat and plan accordingly….
Very good Caribbean food.
The Owner / Chef knows how to cook fish really well.
The Chowders are outstanding.
No trip to Port Elizabeth, Bequia can be complete without going to Cocos restaurant. A must is the fish chowder, the best I have ever tasted and all for 25ec = £7.00 its amazing.
This place serves the most delicious red snapper. I had it on both of the times I attended this place. It was absolutely wonderful.
Some people have stated that there is a long time to wait for a meal. I would rather have a properly and lovely cooked meal as opposed to something that feels rushed.
The food was presented in a great way and there is nothing I can think of that could have been improved.
The view is also one of the best parts about Coco's. It is a truly beautiful view.
The owner is lovely and friendly.
Love Cocos, great authentic local cuisine, generous portions and wonderful location. A firm favourite of ours when in Bequia.
We had Christmas Lunch here and the food was absolutely amazing. Haven’t ever gotten anything we didn’t enjoy!
Delicious soups! The fish chowder has huge piles of fish (snapper the day we went) and the callaloo soup was great.
Also had big conch fritters that were good.
Nice view of Admiralty Bay.
From what I heard they usually have live bands on Friday's I think but we visited during peak covid-19 times so everything lock down but it has a nice vibe still and the food portion, if you want more than your monies worth. This the spot
The lobster meal was the best I have had in the Caribbean. Well done to the owner and staff at Cocos
Great Friday night lime not to mention my favorites on the menu, fish chowder, sweet and chilly wings and chicken pasta
Our last night in Bequia we had a great time at Coco's. The mahi mahi was the best! Perfectly grilled with delicious veggies and potatoes. The atmosphere was fun and we enjoyed the live music.
